Don't use the card! Get some recovery software. The SanDisk one is supposed to be good, but I'm sure many others will do the same.

Hey, friend! It is always not a good habit to prepare no SD card data backups elsewhere before any deletion or format. Honestly, in your case, if you do have extra SD card data backups stored on other drives or devices, you can straightly copy them all back.
But, if there is no data backup, also do not worry. With SD card data recovery software, it is also possible to take the previous SD card pictures back. Moreover, in case of permanent data loss, also save no new photo on this SD card.

Make SD card data backups form now on.

This video may be helpful for recovering deleted videos from SD card: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUmMkercRsg. Although very helpless, I have to say that once you delete the file from the SD card, you can only recover it through a third-party tool.

Try using VIDEORECOVERY. It has been designed to recover delted video, wther standard definition or HD.
Run it in evaluation mode first.

But, to be clear, do not shoot and save any new videos to that card. Doing so may overwrite whatever mighr be recoverable.
And, do not format it either.
