Problem flash Canon G16

Hello,

I write because I have a problem with my canon flash. It does not work the flash function, it appears as a ghost. I changed all modes and remains the same. I reset to factory settings and nothing. Attached is a photo of the menu. The flash is not broken.

The flash menu that you showed as faint or greyed out can only be accessed when the flash unit it raised by pressing the raise the flash button. I do not see the flash unit raised in your picture ?

Your not getting any error codes nd if so that is a good sign
