Powershot sx510 hs

I just edited my Post. It's the 510, not 520.

Why doesn't the new image.canon support my camera? It's not listed, and it won't connect.

Good question, the 520 is not supported.

It must have a software or hardware limitation that makes it incompatible.

Minor detail. It's the 510, not 520

I think it's ridiculous to design a site that excludes this model. It's not like I'm going to go out and buy a new one.

Same issue with my SX510 HS as well, had no problem with the old gateway, now can't use the new gateway 😕
