Help! My camera works fine it’s just when I turn it off it looks like this and the bottom lens doesn’t shut. What can I do? My camera is the power shot sx730 hs.

The face of the lens appears to be damaged. Was the camera ever dropped with the lens extended?

Noooo. I did drop my purse yesterday and my camera was in it. It worked fine yesterday too.

Based on what I see, the lens appears to be damaged. It should be sent to Canon for inspection.
To receive support, register the camera in your My Canon portal. Initiate a repair request. Send it to Canon for inspection. They can tell you what the problem is.
