PowerShot SX60-Won't Turn On

Hey, I bought the SX60 back in January of this year and have used it a few times since, but today when I tried to turn it on nothing happned. The battery is fully charged and I've kept my camera safe in the box away from any damage, so I don't know why it won't turn on. Please help!

Could only be 1 of 3 things, the on/off switch the  battery or an internal problem requiring service.

I don't think you can put the battery in the wrong way but check it also check the contacts on the battery see if they look good.

I has a 1 year warranty so your still within that.

Also it is not unheard of for a battery to give a charged indication but be faulty. Try a different battery?
