Hello,

It sounds like you're encountering a common issue with digital cameras: the date and time are set correctly in the camera's settings, but they aren't being "imprinted" or "stamped" onto the image files themselves. Here's a breakdown of how to troubleshoot and fix this, along with explanations:

Understanding the Issue

Camera Settings vs. Image Metadata:
Your camera stores the date and time information as metadata (EXIF data) within the image file. This data is like a tag that accompanies the picture.
However, simply having this metadata doesn't automatically display the date and time visibly on the picture itself.
There's a separate setting that controls whether the camera "prints" or "stamps" the date and time directly onto the image.
