Tried the solution I found here regarding a switch on the battery. No such switch exists on mine. Help?

The switch is not on the battery, it's on the card. SD card, on the side, there is a small switch to lock/unlock the card.

If the switch on your sd card is not in the locked position but you still have a card locked problem it is most likely your card that is at fault...try another card. I dont believe there is anything internal in the camera that reads the position on the lock switch on the card.
