Ordering parts for PowerShot ELPH 360 HS

Hi 

I have been using the PowerShot ELPH 360 HS for a few years. I never registered the device and recently the camera stopped accepting SD cards and now the lens is stuck in the open position. I am unable to get the serial number from the camera because it has been wiped off through out the years. I would like to contact cannon about possibly order a replacement board and sensor. Dose anyone have any ideas on how to contact cannon?

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

I don't believe Canon still supports or has parts for the elph 360. It's about 9 years old now.

I forgot to mention, you can find serial number information for your camera embedded in the exif data of a RAW file.
