My Canon Powershot SX510 HS.. When I turn it on and look at screen it's shaking

Hi, when I turn on my camera and look at the screen the picture is shaking even though I'm still, it seems like something is loose? Also the lens is slightly in the photo. When I zoom in it focuses, does anyone know what the problem is or possibly how to fix it?
