Hello,
I just received my Powershot V1 yesterday and I cannot get it to show up on my Mac Mini's screen when I connect via USB-C. Now of course I can just take out the SD card, pop it in an SD card reader and transfer files that way, but I have my V1 mounted on a tripod using a quick release and I'd rather not have to take off the quick release every time I want to transfer videos to my Mac. I'm running Sonoma 14.7.4. The Powershot V1 is on firmware 1.0.0.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Greetings DougB415,
Let's check to see what type of function is set up for the camera's USB port. You may click on the following link to view which functions are available.

We would suggest on setting the camera to "Photo Import/Remote Control" if you plan on downloading photos and video files from the memory card inside the camera through the USB cable to your computer.

Hello NatalyaP,
That setting was already turned on, but I re-tried it. No change.
