Hi there, I'm reaching out because I'm having some technical difficulties with my Canon IXUS 240 HS. I'm unable to download the CameraWindow app (since iphone get new ios update version every year and the app itself is not support newer version of ios) and i have tried connect to Canon Connect but it did not showed. Would you mind offering some guidance or troubleshooting tips?

I would recommend using a card reader. I do not believe camera window has been supported under Mac OS since High Sierra. Windows as well. Canon connect is not compatible with the ixus 240hs. A card reader this is simple and reliable solution.
