I have a Canon powershot SX230HS lens cover won't close completely when turned off-ideas?

I am sorry to hear that the lens cover will not close all the way on your PowerShot SX230 HS.  Check to ensure that there is nothing obscuring the cover.  If it persistently refuses to close then your camera may need to be evaluated at the Factory.  You can set up a repair online through our web site below.

I'm having the same issue. I don't see anything obstructing the lens cover.
