I’ve had my G9X mark 2 for a while and it has always worked before. I have come on holiday and now the phone won’t connect with the camera so I can’t download pictures. I have eventually managed to connect to Bluetooth but as soon as I try to download picture it switches to Wi-Fi and won’t connect. I have uninstalled the app on my phone and turned it off and then re installed. I have rest the Wi-Fi settings and changed the nickname but nothing seems to work.

Hello Andy113,
Let's start again by returning the WI-FI settings to default on the camera. In the yellow Tools (wrench) menu #4, select [Wireless settings]. You should now find [Reset Settings]. Select that and hit the [Set] button. Finally select [OK]. I have attached an article to walk you through the process of setting the connection back up HERE.
