G7X iii no 4K option in main menu

Wanted to make sure this is normal.. so I can only choose up to 1080 fhd 60 in the main menu.. took me forever to find 4k, but if I switch to movie mode and use the “Q” quick menu, I can then choose up to 4k 30.. what’s up with that??

should I be able to select 4k in the main menu.. I’d like that to be the default for the shortcut record button on the back of the camera. Right now quick record will only go up to 1080 60.

Yes, this is normal.
