I have a G-3 and the charger will not charge the battery yet if I plug in the charger I can take pictures. I have put in a new battery but when it needs charging the charger doesn't put in a charge. battery

Thanks for posting.

If the charger will not charge even a new battery, it may need to be replaced.  A new charger can be ordered from our Direct Store website.  Please refer to the link below:

The thing I don't understand is why am I able to operate the camera with the charger plugged in? Last night I put a spare battery that needed to be charged in the camera, plugged in the charger, let it charge, the light on the camera was flashing. When I unplugged the charger the battery was completely dead.--Harold
