Other than trimming the wallet more effectively, is there any reason to choose the recently announced EVF-DC2 over the EVF-DC1 for use with an M3 body?
From my reading, the older unit is LCD, the newer is OLED. Will this improve power consumption?

Hello MainFrame,
The EVF-DC1 is an XGA LCD monitor.
The EVF-DC2 is a microdot OLED monitor.
The EVF-DC2 has an eternal dioptric adjustment ring.
The EVF-DC2 is also compatible with the EOS M6. It has a slicker design than the original and a more professional looking appearance, in this agents opinion.
