Recently I dropped my Canon Powershot Elph 360 hs camera, and it turns on however I can't take photos or access anything. A blank screen with black on one side and flashing white on the other appears and I can't fix it. What should I do? The lens opens and operates fine, it's an internal thing most likely/screen error. Please help thank you

Canon U.S.A., Inc. has created a new online repair portal that allows you to set up service in a few simple steps. The repair portal gives you the ability to set up service for multiple pieces of equipment at once, and to receive a repair estimate in the majority of cases, depending on your model and issue. The portal also allows you to upload images or videos that will assist us in repairing your product. You can also select how you wish to be notified of the progress of your repair. The portal's service history section allows you to view all services that have been performed on any of your camera or video products since January 7, 2020.
Please follow the link below to access our online repair portal to arrange for service:

I'm sorry this happened. Your elph360 is just over 7 yrs old. Its probably not practical to try and replace new. I suspect the repair could come close or exceed the value of the camera. You can send it to Canon for inspection, but be prepared. The camera last sold for $269. Not sure how banged up your Elph is, so send it in and get it checked out.
My ultimate recommendation is buy a replacement used, or buy a new camera. Point and shoot cameras are getting very hard to come by. A modern phone, Pixel, Samsung or iPhone can easily exceed the 20MP image quality of the Elph. I had a few Elphs and they are great shirt pocket cameras, but they don't do well when dropped. If the repair is too costly, there are used options and new options. Canon has a upgrade program too for people who's devices are EoL or that have met their demise (loyalty). If you need advice, anyone here can help.
