My canon powershot sx620 hs has a black dot on the screen when i zoom into an image at x25. How do i fix or repair this issue?

Probably a dead pixel in the sensor, so there is probably nothing you can do about it. Does it show up on the computer?
If it is larger than a pixel, it could be some dust on the sensor, you will have to send it to Canon to clean it, since your lens is not removable.
If it is new, you can send it back to Canon.
Other wise, you will have to use your editing software's repair tool to smudge it out.
