Canon camera connect establishes Wi-Fi connection but won't open

PowerShot sx60 HS connect via Wi-Fi Canon camera connect but the app will not open on the mobile phone Samsung Note 5. When I press the start button on the phone nothing happens even though the connection is present

Try to delete and re-install the app on your Galaxy Note.  Where did you get the app to download?

I suggest that you start at the above link to install a new copy of the Canon app.

I got the app on Google Play. Will do what you said and see if it works
