Hi, I have the V1 and there is a weird camera noise that the mic picks up. It sounds like the fans, but I’ve turned the fans off. It’s constant and cannot be shut off. I’ve turned off all communications as well (wifi/bluetooth). I’m not sure how many people in this forum own the camera, but if you do, I invite you to turn off the fans, turn off the wifi etc… put your ear up to the camera and listen to it purrrrr. If you are aware of this issue and know a solution I’d love to hear from you. Thanks

There's a slight buzzing noise when I put the camera right is next to my ear. I can only hear it when the lens is extended (i.e. It isn't there when the camera's turned on using the playback button), and the sound persists even when I turn off the lens IS.
However, it's not what I'm hearing through the headphones.
Try playing with the audio settings by changing "Recording mode" to "Manual". In video mode, this will enable "Audio recording level" when you hit the SET button in the image preview screen.
Try starting from 0 and raise the audio recording level until you can hear the reported noise again.
Since users may have different levels of ambient noise in their respective environments, maybe this could help us get on the same page.
