Canon SX50 HS remote control shutter

Hi,

      I bought the canonSX50  HS about a year ago, I also bought a 3 feet wired remote shutter cord, well, I really need something longer then 3 feet. Is there a longer cord? Or maybe a exstention cord to click onto my 3 feet cord? Been looking around can't find anything 😞 I really want to take some pictures of me and hubby, without having to run back and forth with timer. Thanks so much! Denise

    Well, no worries about me going to go get to much smarter! LOL!! Dealing with electronic stuff I can't stand!! That's why I'm on an iPad Air, instead of a laptop lol, so much easier to use!! I hope I can learn all about this camera and how to use all of the settings, I so enjoy taking photos, but am sick of taking photos of my 2 cats! LOL! They are sick of it too!! 😼

I wish I could get out more, I have severe arthritis in both ankles 😞 so it's hard to get around, plus it's cold ❄️ now, I'm hoping when spring comes I can go some where, like this park we have with a pond.
