I have been having a lot of trouble lately trying to transfer the pictures on my G7X to my MacBook. My Macbook is currently updated to version 10.13.4. I've tried multiple ways such as using the wifi feature, however, this is always unsuccessful. It can never find a device and takes several minutes to load nothing. The second option I tried was connecting the camera to my MacBook using the USB cord. From there, I have downloaded the software “camera window” that pops up once I plug in the USB into my computer. When I double click “camera window” it immediately says “no camera was found”. Please help for I am very frustrated with this and I just recently bought this camera a week ago!
