PowerShot G7 X Mark II won't turn on

Hi, my camera won’t turn on. Instead it will blink green and I will hear the sound it makes to turn on but the screen is pitch black. The lens is also staying out for some reason. Please help me troubleshoot before I have to send it in. Thank you!
