Canon G15 loading to computer

When trying to load my photos from the camera to the Mac I get a message that says: "Connection software for another Canon camera is already running.  The softwre cannot be installed."   I do have another Canon camera...  what is the software that I should be turning off ..?  

Is this my issue?

Cans,

The software that is used to connect to the PowerShot G15 is called Camera Window.  You can also look for ImageBrowser as well.  Other programs that may be running you can check for could include PhotoShop or iPhoto, so you may want to look for these too.

1. Do you have any of these installed on your Mac?
2. What version of the Mac OS are you running?
3. Have you installed the software CD that came with the camera?
