I can not turn my Canon Power SD750 digital camera on. It gave me a message about changing battery (somthing), and I don't know what it means. I do not have the instructions. How can I obtain one? and what is the camera problem?

Hi rmruiz!
Thank you for posting.
The message you received means the camera is not getting enough charge from the battery to continue to operate. If the camera was powered on at the time, it shut itself down. If you try to power the camera on again, it will start up, then shut down again. The battery needs to be charged. If the battery is charged, the battery may need to be replaced. Battery packs do not last forever and over time their effectiveness can wear down, eventually needing to be replaced.
How old is the battery you are using?
Does the camera power on with a newer battery?
