The manual says to go to "LIVE" mode to change picture selection, i.e snow, minature, toy ect... I thought I was able when I first bought the camera a couple months ago because I have a flower icon in top right corner, but can't remember how to do it and the manual is no help.
Thanks

Hi pscoup!
Thanks for posting.
Press the UP directional button on the back of the camera several times until you have selected "LIVE" on the screen. Then, press the SET button, select LIVE in the menu, then choose the option for shooting against snowy backgrounds.
The flower icon indicates you are focusing in the macro range for close-ups. To change this, press the FUNC/SET button, highlight the option that has the flower icon on it, press the FUNC/SET button again, then choose the icon with the mountains.
