Best setting to use for Powershot SX530 taking pictures at Grand Central Station at night

I am participating in a Photo Shoot at Grand Central Station.

The photo shoot is taking place at night.

I have a powershot SX530.

What would be the best setting to use for this shoot.

There could be glare in the station and it may not be the best thing to use a flash.
