Hi, my MF toolbox is sending me an error message stating that there is no scanner selected, please select a scanner ! I have windows 10 on this pc, I have been using the Canon Imageclass MF 4880dw unit & toolbox for several months now without a problem, recently I started to receive the error message mentioned above, I have tried all the recommended fixes 100X to no avail, I have uninstalled, restarted, deleted all traces of both the print drivers and toolbox yet I still get the same message when i try to use the MF toolbox
Please advise

it's not just you.
a reboot 'should' fix it as there is a 'limitation' that canon is aware of. some have reported that adding the mf toolbox to their firewall rule has fixed it. some have reported re-installing the driver has fixed it. some have reported messing with the windows services fixed it.
