we use different types of canon printers (6055, 2525) as shared printers in our offices.
our accounts dept has requirement to print in bulk (between 20 to 5000 pages in one go). what is the best way to print this bulk during office hours without disturbing normal printing by others.
traditional way is to print it outside office hours, but that means accountant has to stay in night.
i am expecting a smart option where bulk printing is carried out at a lower priority than normal print request, so bulk printing start and in between if some normal print request comes, that is carried out first and then bulk printing continues. is this possible ?
if no good solution, then i am looking for a cost-efficient and fast bulk printing-only printer (B&W) to dedicate for bulk printing.
