My Canon MF4410 can't scan . I am getting message A suupported scanner is not installed. This image i am getting from mf toolbox. I scanner is instaled ok I am using windows 7 32 bit profesional Windows fax and scanner is giving this information "WIA Cannon MF4410 series " and only empy picture the scanner is not beginig. Standalone scaning is ok , only from PC is not working Help !!!!
