pixma ip2770 renders "CANONDEVICE" problem

can anyone help me with my problem
--> pixma ip2770 renders "CANONDEVICE" problem

i can not render any job or tasks with my printer because my device manager is seeing a marked up device problem wherein "CANONDEVICE" has question mark in it so i can not print nor even render its maintenance, i have this thing reset using the resetter tool but still cant do any tasks

dont be mislead, i can install the software for the said printer, however i can not print because of the error canondevice

i have tried the lates version of its DRIVERS/SOFTWARES to no avail

how can i obtain or where can i download software or drivers for CANONDEVICE

windows7 32bit pro couldnt find any drivers associated with it

If you purchased the printer in a different country, please visit http://www.canon.com/ and go to the Canon website for the region that the printer was purchased in for additional assistance with this product.
