As aWinters Tale, I wanted to add that the jam notification occurs even with only one paper in the whole printer. The error clears after taking the required steps, but after any printing of a single page, whether it is through the print function on my computer, or the copy function on the printer, I get the flashing red light and the jam notification. No problem with the printing, just the notification after every print. No visible paper jam.
