mf6160dw not scanning to computers/ printer not working

I am having troubles useing this system. mf6160dw. I am using windows 10 and multipal computers. I had every computer set up and working correctly for two days, now I can not use the scanner, and some cases the printer. I can not find any help on this PLEASE PLEASE HELP

On July 7, 2016, Canon released an updated network scan patch for Windows 8, 8.1, and 10.  It is recommended that you uninstall and reinstall the drivers and software.  Please view the information at the link below for more information:
