Love my (4) MX492's. Never a problem with them.

But the two new mf264dw's are another story! The are stuck on 2-sided printing and won't get off it. Sent hours in the set up etc and all indications say it should be printing one-sided (2-sided shows "off") - but it wont stop! I've wasted a ream of paper and the printers will be useless to me if they don't print single sided.

PLEASE ADVISE!

Hi iarc.

The two-sided printing option on the MF264dw itself mostly controls when it makes copies.  When printing from a computer, any mismatch between the settings on the printer and the settings on the computer will prioritize the settings on the computer.  Ensure the printer's driver is set to Single-Sided printing (on the Basic Settings tab or Finishing tab in the Printing Preferences).
