worked fine out of the box,
the networking quit after a few weeks.
Now I can not connect even via USB.
Unable to install drivers
This is why we threw our old HP in the trash

1. When installing the drivers via the USB connection, was the printer connected to the computer?
2. What is the exact error that you receive when you attempt to print?
3. Are you using the same USB cable that you were using with your HP printer?
4. Are there any devices, such as a USB hub or extender, connected between the printer and the computer?
