Hi,
I tried turning it off and on; basically I can still make photocopies but cannot see any of the selections on the screen. The screen is still lit. Let me know if I need to get it replaced or there's other things I can try. Thanks!!

From your description of the D1320's display, it's a problem that will require service or replacement. If you are in the U.S., please contact us at 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET (excluding holidays) for help determining which options are available.
If you are outside of the U.S., you may find the appropriate branch of Canon through the map at the Canon Global website.
