imageClass MF414dw jams when printing on both sides

My image class 414 jams when printing on both sides.  the first side (which is the second side sent to print) prints and then the paper jams.  I have cleaned the rollers, used thinner paper, looked for small pieces of paper but to no avail. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you have already checked all of the possible jam locations in the link HERE and wiped down any of the exposed rubber rollers with a damp cloth, it does look like the printer needs service. In this situation, you can log in to your MyCanon account or contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 to check your available service options.
