We have a Laser Class 810 fax machine (yes, some people still use it). Our phone system requires dialing a prefix to get an outside dial tone. I am looking through the manual for instructions for programming the dialing prefix in so that it is transparent to all fax users. I want the fax user to just enter the 10 digit tel number for their destination fax machine. I can't seem to find this.
I have found the dialing codes and can make a prompt to ask the user to enter the prefix, but they would have to dial it every time. Any help would be welcome. Thanks

Greetings,
I would pursue programming the dialing prefix into the AddressBook. (Entry 1). A user would select it, and add digits manually (the area code and phone number).
