So, I have this new printer/scanner, and it won't scan a multi-page document as one .pdf file. It divides it into separate pages. And yes, I have checked the settings over and over, and it is not on the "divide into single page files" setting. It doesn't matter if I'm scanning from the printer or from the MF Scan Utility! Does anyone have any insights into this please?
Is there another scan utility that will work with this printer? I also haven't found a de-skew setting, but that's the least of my problems.
Thank you!

I uninstalled and reinstalled the MF Scan Utility, and now it's working, kind of, or for the moment.

Greetings,
Glad you made some headway. When you scan from the ADF, there is only the option for single pass duplex. The number of loaded pages determines how many pages are in the .PDF. If you scan from the platen, you are prompted for a new page or done.
I'm still looking for the de-skew setting. This may be under the OCR in the scan utility. I'll check tomorrow, I got tied up printing returns. Everyone in the family shows up when they know you have the best printers. 🤣
