I am currently experiencing issues with one of our office printers, it is a Canon MF753CDW about 3 months old and have no clue on how to rectify. My printer is displaying that it has no paper in the tray, despite having LTR paper loaded in as well as the printer is set to LTR paper. To add on top of it, using the multi-purpose tray does read paper however immediately jams upon starting.
With that being said, I've examined and cleaned all the internals as suggested by the manual and many online suggestions and I have experienced no resolution. Any help or suggestions is appreciated as everything looks clean and working upon my examination.
