Whenever I try to print a .jpg/.jpeg file from a USB flashdrive it gives a #822 error, which, as I understand it, means that there was a problem with the file. There is no problem, and it is a supported file format. It used to work fine.
I'm not sure what the problem is or how to fix it.
Also as a side note for Canon, please fix your email support page. If there is no more email support for the product say so, don't just make the submit button gray.
