Hi,
I have an ImageCLASS MF743CDW that recently tells me I have a paper jam. I've gone through all the steps and check it multiple times and I still get the error message. I bought the printer in 2019 so it's not that old.
Any help would be appreciated.

Paper jams can sometimes be elusive. You think the feeding and paper paths are clear, but something is stuck somwhere. Sensors can also malfunction causing these types or errors. If you've followed the recommend solutions and still can't figure it out, I'd contact Canon. I've used the chat feature which works well. The printer has a 3 yr warranty
