I cannot initialize all data settings on my Canon. Message pop-up "jobs in progress, go back another time". Did turn off the printer by unplugging the power cord to erase the memory but still receive the same message. Also, the same message pop-up when updating the firmware. Please help and thanks

I haven't run into this particular problem. How is the unit connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)? If Wi-Fi is the unit connected to the router? Also, if it is connected via Wi-Fi, could a temporary Ethernet connected be established to see if it makes a difference? 🤔

It's connected via Wi-Fi. I will change to an ethernet connection when getting back to the office tomorrow and will see. Thanks

If that doesn't work, contact Canon Customer Support as the unit may need to be serviced.
