imageCLASS MF743Cdw Won't Print Multiple Copies

Hello we have several MF743Cdw printers and all but 1 is able to print multiple copies. I have checked and rechecked and it looks like all the settings are the same. Yet 1 printer when you select 2 copies from the print screen it just won’t print 2 only 1.

Any ideas as to the problem?

Maybe factory reset the problematic printer?

Is there anything unique about the problematic printer (how it connects, types of clients connected to it, etc.)?

I am having a similar issue.  It just started yesterday.  When you would send a document to the printer to print 2 or more copies of the same one pager it only prints one page.  Nothing has changed and no updates that I am aware of.  PLEASE help.

@Idleheadche did you ever find a solution to this problem? We're having the same problem with an MF753cdw.
