MF743Cdw color printer is printing shadows on images. Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Greetings,
Since "shadows" could mean different things to different people, can you please provide an example image of what you are seeing please.
It would also be helpful if you could let us know what OS you are using the printer with, what program or application(s) you were printing from, and if the problem occurs for all documents, text or just images?

Thanks for replying. I’m actually asking for a retired gentleman who lives where I work. The shadows appear when he prints images, for example a flight of birds, all solid black, have light red shadows around them. Not sure what OS he’s using.
