My Canon MF741C won't print. The green light is flashing. I have cleared all queued jobs and stop/start the spooler. Then I deleted and reinstalled the drivers. HELP!

What is it connected to / How is it connected?

You are running windows.  Which version and build?

Which LED is flashing?  4 or 5?  Is an error message displayed?

When the error condition occurs, press the home (house) button

Then press item #4 (Status Monitor)

Then tap item #1 (Error Information / Notification)

What is the error message?
