Hi, we've had an MF733CDW for a couple years, and have had persistent issues for the last year.
The first thing is streaking & spots on the back of the page, and also the front. I've several times gone through the maintenance ceaning processes offered from the menu, and that has helped some, but not completely. On the advice of a thread here somewhere, I've carefully vaccuumed the interior and gotten rid of stray powder, but I don't want to touch the wide rubber belt on the bottom, and can't rotate it to clean it entirely. Maybe there's some procedure for this? Because it has had black powder on it.
The second issue is color; it's way off, as if the yellow is missing. All cartridges are half full though, and all are from Canon. I've gone through the color adjustment steps from teh menu, but nothing has changed.
I've tried calling the support phone number, but after 45 minutes on hold gave up.
I've looked for service facilities, but cannot find any.
