Not sure if this is the correct place to post this.
Why is my printer doing this? I've opened it up, wiped everything I can think of down to remove any stray ink and all of my toner cartridges have been changed at least once.
What is causing these shadows and how do I fix it?

Hello,
The print looks like the fixing unit or the ITB is dirty. You can try cleaning the ITB and fixing unit 2-3 times to see if the print quality issue is resolved. If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service. To check you service options, you can log into your MyCanon account or contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Your 10 month old reply is too late. This printer was replaced by a Brother printer. Canon did nothing to help me.
