imageCLASS MF733Cdw prints blank page when set to less than 100%

I have been printing some items at 95% without any problems............. until now. Now when I try to print anything at less than 100% all I get is a blank page. Help!! Thank you

2. What size paper are you printing on and what size is the original?

Thank you, Hector. Your response is very much appreciated, but the problem is no more. Not sure why or how but opened it up one day and it worked just fine. Not being a computer whiz, far from it, I chalked it up to my good looks. Thanks again. Stay safe.
