This printer is new out of the box. I printed a couple of test pages from our various devices, and now no matter what I do I am getting an Out of Paper error. I have tried turning the printer off, changing settings on my computer, all of it. What can I do? Did I get a lemon?

Hello,
The issue could be caused by the setting for the loaded paper. If the paper size and type do not match the paper settings selected on your computer, it can cause a load paper error.
In this situation, I suggest checking the registered paper settings for the printer using the steps in the link HERE. You can check the registered size and type to make sure it matches the paper size and type that you are selecting on the computer.

I'm having a similar problem. New out of the box as well. I want to print on legal paper from the drawer, not the feed one by one feeder. My drawer is full, I select legal paper, yet it still say "load legal paper". I need to be able to print from both sizes daily.
